About Availability & Sold Out Badge Types

Certain badge types have limited quantities available during each tier. We may have limited allotment available at the door, and we cannot guarantee availability. To ensure your way in, pre-registration is the best strategy! After all, a 3-day membership early is a better value than a 2-day membership at the door!

Information & Policies
On-site Registration Hours

  • Thursday, April 2 | 7pm – 9pm
  • Friday, April 3 | 9am – 9pm
  • Saturday, April 4 | 9am – 9pm
  • Sunday, April 5 | 9am – 1pm
Mailed Badge Information

  • Cut-off to order mailed badges was Saturday, February 28
  • Badges will be mailed in late March
  • Only 3-day, individual badges are eligible for mailing
Picking Up Your Badge

  • Registration will be in the Sheraton Music City
  • All attendees picking up badges will be required to present a photo ID when checking in at Registration
  • Memberships must be purchased in the name of the attendee if the purchaser is buying the membership for a relative or friend
