Volunteer for MTAC!
For all intents and purposes, MTAC is run by volunteers. If it wasn't for the large group of people offering their time and effort each year, we would never have grown as much as we have. They are the hands and feet of what makes us a living creature, and allowed us to become what we are today.

Volunteers are required to attend at least two volunteer meetings. They are held on location at the Sheraton MTAC Ninja is being held in. The dates of the meetings are as follows:

First Meeting: October 26th, 2:00 PM
Second Meeting: November 16th, 2:00 PM
Third Meeting: January TBA
Fourth Meeting: February TBA

All volunteer meetings are held at 2 PM (location within hotel will vary). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email our personnel department.

As a volunteer, your duties vary, from initial setup and tear down of equipment, to managing rooms or running messages and materials to different areas. Each of our volunteers must have at least twelve (12) hours of logged time helping us keep the convention running. Of course, putting in more time is never frowned upon, and we appreciate any extra effort to help us out.

The most important aspect of being a volunteer is simple: teamwork. Every person must be willing to work with one another to keep things running as smoothly as possible, regardless of who you are working with. Please keep in mind you must be a team player, open minding, and willing to help out as needed if you wish to be an MTAC Volunteer.

As a volunteer, you get free admission to MTAC so long as you complete the necessary hour requirement.
