We continue to monitor updates from local health organizations in regards to COVID-19. We’ll keep this page up to date with convention policies.

MTAC Score COVID Policy

In the interest of safety of all of our attendees and in compliance with local safety guidelines, MTAC Score will require wearing of an approved mask for all attendees* in all indoor convention areas in the Grand Hyatt Nashville. Vaccination is strongly recommended for all who are attending.

An approved mask must meet the following requirements:

  • Made of two (2) or more layers of fabric or a surgical-type/disposable mask
  • Is not made of a mesh or knitted material
  • Does not have open exhalation valves or vents
  • Fits snugly, covering the nose and mouth
  • Secured over the nose and under the chin

Face shields alone or costume masks with vents or hoods do not meet the requirements.

If photos are taken during the convention, masks can be temporarily removed for the photo if all parties agree and a distance of 6′ or greater is available.

MTAC reserves the right to change this policy at any time as required by local, state, or federal guidelines and based on conditions of the COVID pandemic.

Disposable masks will be made available for attendees for the price of $1, which will be donated to our charity partners.

If you feel unwell or have a positive COVID test prior to the event, please do not attend MTAC Score. If you have already placed an order but are unable to attend the event, please visit our Registration page for options. You can also email info@mtac.net with any questions.

*Attendees age 3 years old and under are exempt from this mask requirement.
