This year’s MTAC Nerdlesque Revue features burlesque performances and cabaret acts for a unique, naughty entertainment experience on MTAC’s Friday night. Our curated cast of performers–from established Nashville names to rising regional talents–will spark your fandom SUPER powers with their creative experimentation and expression.

Burlesque is a vital, vibrant, and powerful art. It is theatrical, political, funny, entertaining, and emotional. Through performances celebrating a variety of unique interests and fandoms, the MTAC 2026 Nerdlesque Revue will redefine burlesque entertainment by challenging society’s perception on what is worthy of being represented onstage! All included with your badge for 2026 MTAC SUPER.

MTAC Nerdlesque Revue will take place on Friday, April 3rd at 10:30 PM at the Music City Sheraton. This is an 18+ event and you must have I.D. No exceptions.

General Event Rules

  • This is an 18+ event and you must present I.D. No exceptions.
  • No Tipping the performers. Tipping is not allowed per TN State Blue Laws.
  • NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY MAY BE TAKEN BY MEMBERS OF THE AUDIENCE, ONLY BY PRE-APPROVED CONVENTION STAFF.
    • Signs will be posted and announcements made prior to the contest.
    • Access Control will confiscate any devices seen in use during the event.
    • Pictures and videos taken by staff will only be used for promotional purposes.
  • THIS IS A CLOSED EVENT.
    • Once the doors are shut, they will not be opened to anyone trying to enter the event.
    • For safety and legal reasons, no re-admittance will be allowed for any reason for the audience and contestants.
  • NO FOOD OR DRINKS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE ROOM.
    • Participants are allowed to have water backstage.

We are not taking open submissions at this time. Our performers are selected by our programming team. We’re taking a break from Risque Cosplay this year in order to try something new. Working with specifically-selected professionals helps us craft a quality experience and stick to regulations needed for this kind of event. We hope you enjoy our new event as we continue to develop and evolve our programming offerings year after year.
